If you represent a TITLE COMPANY and would like a statement for a property in Tynewood: Please download the CONTACT form above for the NEW BUYER and email the completed information to manager@tynewood.org with the address of the property.

Requests for HOA property statements are typically returned within 2 weeks by the HOA after receipt of the NEW BUYER contact information. The HOA administrative fee of $200 is collected at closing by the TITLE Company and then mailed to the HOA. Expedite Fees are $250 for a 24-48 hour turnaround by the HOA for property ststements. If adminsitrative fees are not collected by the TITLE Company they will be assessed to the new owner of the property.
